Scheduler (Construction) – Framingham, MA

Are you an experienced construction scheduler looking for an opportunity to contribute to complex projects? We’re working with a leading firm to find a Scheduler to join their team in Framingham, MA . If you’re skilled in Primavera P6 and have a passion for scheduling and project controls, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, analyze, and maintain Primavera P6 construction schedules
• Track construction progress, RFIs, PCOs, DCRs, and incorporate them into schedule updates
• Perform schedule delay analysis , identify causes of slippage, and develop recovery plans
• Prepare lookahead schedules, cash flow forecasts, and manpower curves
• Lead schedule meetings, present reports, and collaborate with project teams
• Review and analyze time extension requests and change management reports

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience (heavy civil, highway, or transit projects a plus)
• Hands-on expertise in Primavera P6
• Strong knowledge of planning & scheduling principles
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Certifications a plus: Primavera P6 Fundamentals, OSHA 10, PSP, PMI, PE
