At PRO-tect Solutions, we specialize in high-performance epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic flooring systems across commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. We’re hiring a Resinous Floor Installer who’s detail-oriented, takes pride in quality work, and is ready to contribute to a skilled, supportive team.

What You’ll Do:

• Prep concrete surfaces for coatings using grinders and hand tools.
• Perform repairs: crack fill, joint fill, resurfacing.
• Mix and apply resinous coatings with tools like brushes, rollers, and squeegees.
• Maintain clean worksites and tools.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to jobsite efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of resinous flooring or related experience (preferred).
• Quick learner with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs and perform physical work.
• Willing to work 30–50 hours/week , including occasional extended shifts.
• Detail-focused and takes pride in craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and drug-free.
• Experience in commercial, manufacturing, and residential environments.
