Job Overview

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing - Paid Ads Specialist to drive the performance of our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role will focus on creating, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate leads, drive online sales, and amplify brand awareness. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop full-funnel ad strategies to support brand awareness, lead generation, and eCommerce sales.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brief and test ad creatives (videos, carousels, static, UGC, etc.).
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy and visuals to maximize performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Adjust bidding strategies to achieve ROAS and CPA targets.
• Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and emerging ad formats.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team on integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in paid digital advertising (agency or in-house).
• Proven track record of managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR).
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
• Basic knowledge of creative best practices for social media ads.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Passion for eMobility, sustainability, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
