Lifelong Access is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing behavioral team in our Pediatric Therapy program. With localized management, the opportunity to collaborate between ABA, speech, PT & OT teams, daily responsibilities include providing behavioral supports and skills development through observation, assessment, research and written plans. Services will be done directly with individuals that Lifelong Access supports, in compliance with agency standards and procedures, and the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts. This position also supervises behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians.
