Accounting Clerk

We are looking for a full-time accounting clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with full cycle of Accounts Payable
• Entering and coding of invoices into the accounting system
• Assisting with tracking receivables
• Assisting with reconciliation
• Accounting data entry 
• Office support as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recent experience in an accounting assistant, clerk or specialist role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
