Job Description

Our client, a well-known baby lifestyle brand, is seeking an Associate Creative Director to join their team for a 6+ month contract that will convert to FTE. This position is fully onsite in Van Nuys, CA. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience leading design teams in CPG or a fast-growing consumer brand.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the global creative vision across branding, packaging, digital, and marketing initiatives.
• Concept, design, and produce engaging content—video, social campaigns, email, print, and more.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and global markets.
• Direct photography efforts for packaging, social media, and e-commerce.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers and producers, fostering creativity and innovation.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives. 

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience leading design teams in CPG or a fast-growing consumer brand.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, comfortable presenting to executives and partners.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Hands-on experience with animation, video production, and social media storytelling.
• A network of creative professionals (writers, stylists, video directors, editors).
• Strong design sensibilities—composition, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
