We’re currently seeking an Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist for one of our clients. Our client is a broadcast media educational organization with presence throughout the United States. This role is a full-time permanent hire with on-site presence required in Doral, FL.
As an AR and Collections specialist, your primary responsibilities will be managing and collecting all outstanding balances from students and graduates.
Key job duties, among others:
- Monitor receivables accounts on a daily basis.
- Identify outstanding balances.
- Take actions to encourage timely payments.
- Process payments.
- Contact graduates and students to discuss their overdue accounts.
- Update account status.
- Prepare and present report on collections activities and progress.
