Advantage Architectural Woodwork builds custom wood windows and doors for high performance, energy efficient homes. We are located in the small quiet community of Colby in western Kansas along I-70 but away from crowded cities like Denver & Colorado Springs that are only 3 hours away. In our area, the cost of living is cheaper and it is a great place to raise a family.


Duties for the wood coating and finisher would include:

Hand & Machine sanding
Applying wood colorings and coatings by hand or by spray gun depending on the job
Producing high quality product free from defects
Keep your space clean and organized

Background:
Color relationships
How to use and maintain finish room equipment
How to apply water & solvent based coatings
Knowledge of woodworking or willing to learn

Full time & part time positions available with flexible hours
