Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager oversees the daily operations of all materials, equipment, and personnel within the Warehouse Department. This role ensures technicians are properly supported while maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment that aligns with the company's operational goals.

Key Responsibilities


Leadership & Team Culture

Safety & Compliance

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
Time & Staff Management

1. Manage daily workflow to meet deadlines and operational protocols.
2. Supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock.
• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Cost Tracking & Collaboration

• Track departmental spending, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and procurement policies.
• Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to align on cost controls and purchasing strategies.
Order Processing & Replenishment

• Create warehouse purchase orders and replenishment requests, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.

Shipping & Receiving
• Oversee the shipping and receiving process, ensuring materials are logged, verified, and distributed efficiently.
Order Follow-Up & Communication

• Monitor open orders and warehouse backorders to ensure timely delivery.
• Proactively communicate order status, delays, or changes to internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
• Excludes: Purchasing of back orders (handled by the Purchasing Manager).
Supplier & Vendor Relations

• Liaise with suppliers to track warehouse backorder status, delivery timelines, and resolve part-related issues or returns.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery standards are met.

  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Proactively identify issues, make sound decisions, and implement effective solutions to support warehouse operations.
  • Reliability & Accountability: Maintain dependable attendance, meet performance standards, and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Cost Awareness: Monitor daily costs and expenses to ensure gross margins and company goals are consistently met.
  • Quality & Standards Compliance: Ensure that all warehouse work is completed to company standards and protocols.
  • Work Ethic & Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours when required to meet operational needs.

SCHEDULE:

  • Availability to work Monday- Friday from 6:30AM-3:00PM

SALARY:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 based on experience and knowledge.
