Location: Tequesta, FL
Shift: Overnight Shift
Pay Rate: From $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

As an Unarmed Security Officer Camera Surveillance Specialist , you will:

  • Monitor live CCTV feeds to detect suspicious activity, security breaches, or safety hazards.
  • Analyze recorded footage when necessary to assist with investigations.
  • Respond to security incidents by coordinating with on-site personnel or law enforcement as needed.
  • Document and report any unusual activity, security violations, or technical issues with surveillance equipment.
  • Maintain situational awareness to ensure property safety and adherence to security protocols.
  • Assist in access control monitoring by verifying identification and authorizing entry when applicable.
  • Work closely with security teams to provide real-time intelligence and support incident response.

Qualifications & Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Class D Security License issued by the State of Florida
Experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance, or security operations (preferred)
Strong observational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
Proficiency with security technology , including video surveillance systems and access control software
Availability to work flexible schedules , including nights and weekends
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
