**Job title** : Therapeutic Education Manager, Tzield West **Location:** Remote/Field, WEST Region (CA, OR, WA,ID,MT,WY,AK) **About the Job** Sanofi General Medicines is currently expanding a newly formed patient services team to support Tzield, an innovative therapy for people at risk of developing clinical-stage type 1 diabetes. The overall objective of the TEM Team is to be the subject matter experts on Tzield product information and the infusion process. They will support healthcare providers and infusion center staff throughout the TZield infusion process, support patients and caregivers through the process This is a regionally aligned field-based role. TEM Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Developing and maintaining a network of infusion sites that ensures access for TZield patients + Educating healthcare providers and all levels of infusion center staff on the clinical and logistical aspects of the TZield product information and the infusion process, in accordance with product label utilizing Sanofi approved resources + Developing and facilitating relationships with infusion nurses and staff + Work collaboratively across field teams to successfully support TZield patient needs + Educating patients and their care partners on safety and what to expect when prescribed Tzield. + Attending and presenting at cross-functional team meetings/calls, Zone, National POAs/Meetings and Conferences + Supporting the business unit with other activities and special projects, as needed **About You** **Basic Qualifications:** + BA/BS Degree is required, a nursing or strong clinical background is desired; an advanced degree is a plus + Valid Driver's License **Preferred Qualifications:** + Previous commercial and/or clinical experience with IV infusions is preferred + Previous T1 Diabetes experience strongly preferred + 3 - 5+years previous experience in a field-based commercial or medical role in a pharmaceutical or biotech company desired + Familiarity with managed care and particularly "buy and bill" therapy as well as with reimbursement for infused therapies + Demonstrated success working within cross-functional teams, including the ability to collaborate across functions in a field-based role + Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills required + Strong understanding and experience supporting Sanofi products and services in the HCP and Infusion Center settings + Outstanding interpersonal skills, including building strong working relationships, and managing and resolving conflict + Demonstrates initiative, teamwork and accountability + Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change and react constructively in a high-energy and fast paced environment **Travel Requirements:** + ~50% travel, depending on geography + Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as necessary **Why Choose Us?** + Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team. + Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it's through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally. + Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact. + Take good care of yourself and your family, with a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits including high-quality healthcare, prevention and wellness programs and at least 14 weeks' gender-neutral parental leave. The salary range for this position is $100,500.00 - $167,500.00 USD Annually. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
