MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Technical Editor, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of TSS Knowledge Management. You will play a crucial role in supporting our government partners with their Knowledge Management process.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Researching and gathering information for knowledge article content
- Writing, editing, and approving knowledge articles, SOPs, and other technical documentation
- Scheduling and hosting meetings with SMEs and other stakeholders; documenting meeting notes; prepares meeting materials such as slide deck and agenda
- Creating, running, and delivering weekly/monthly reports
- Managing program specific tasks
- Acquiring an understanding of overall process and how it relates to the project
- Participating in project meetings and onboarding to provide knowledge management updates, as needed
- Creating and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders, as needed
- Assisting Queue Management, Task management
QUALIFICATIONS: To qualify for this role, you
MUST have:
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science: (equivalent experience in lieu of degree)
- 2 or more years of related experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust
- Intermediate proficiency with excel and reporting module in ITSM (Running Reports, Using Excel, etc.)
- Ability to deliver PowerPoint/presentation
- Ability to visualize and understand KM Processes
- Analytical Skills/Planning for Future Changes Public Trust
- US citizenship required

The likely salary range for this position is $65,450 - $88,550. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
