Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations. The ideal candidate will work with diverse data sources to create impactful insights that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Tableau dashboards and reports using multiple data stacks.
• Integrate, blend, and analyze data from various sources to create unified visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable dashboards.
• Optimize dashboards for performance and usability.
• Maintain and enhance existing Tableau solutions as business needs evolve.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data and visualization issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all reports and dashboards.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
• Strong experience working with multiple data sources and stacks (e.g., SQL databases, APIs, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to write SQL queries and perform data transformation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
