Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SQL BI Developer to design, develop, and implement data models, reporting solutions, and business intelligence dashboards that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL development expertise, experience with BI tools, and the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes.

Create and maintain data models, cubes, and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau.

Develop and support data warehouse solutions ensuring data integrity, quality, and consistency.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of BI solutions.

Participate in code reviews, system upgrades, and process automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of hands-on experience in SQL Server development (T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL design, and data modeling (star/snowflake schemas).

Experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.

Proficiency in performance optimization and data quality management.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory, or cloud-based BI solutions.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Exposure to Python, R, or data visualization automation is a plus.
