Position: Social/Digital Media Manager (Part-Time)

Location: Denver, CO

Pay: $2000/month (20 hours per week)

G-Que BBQ, an exciting and innovative BBQ restaurant brand, is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social/Digital Media Manager on a part-time basis. We also have an ice cream brand, The Ice Cream Farm, and we are looking for someone to run both brands on social. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social media, content creation, BBQ and ice cream!

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms that aligns with the G-Que BBQ brand and Ice Cream Farm with the main focus being Instagram.
• Posting and Engagement: Manage the day-to-day posting schedule across social media channels, interact with followers, and respond to comments/messages promptly.
• Calendar Management: Efficiently organize and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely and strategic delivery of posts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Director to align social media content with broader marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Growth: it’s important for us to continue getting better. Whether that is follower growth, engagement, views, etc., we always want to be improving and trying different strategies.
• Team player: there will be occasional requests not outlined in this job description that will support the digital reputation of G-Que and the Ice Cream Farm or the operations of the restaurant. This is a newly created position within the organization so other duties will arise as the position and role grows. We would like to find someone that can help us mold this role and develop it as they grow within the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills.
• Youtube expertise is a plus 
• Ability to manage your own schedule and hours. We want someone who can hit the ground running, take charge and own the position.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools and metrics.
• Passion for BBQ, ice cream and enthusiasm for the G-Que brands.
