The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing Aethir’s social media strategy across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop content, build our online community, track social media performance, and strengthen Aethir’s brand presence in the digital space. This role requires someone who is a creative thinker, a data-driven strategist, and an excellent communicator.

Act as the voice of Aethir on social media, ensuring that all communication reflects the company’s tone, values, and vision.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives, product launches, and company events.
Support PR efforts by amplifying media coverage and brand partnerships through social channels.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and SEO.
Experience in the tech or innovation space is a plus (adjust as needed for the industry).
Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
