Position Description:
PAR Technology has an exciting opportunity! The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, plays a critical role in driving intelligent, financially sound decision-making. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, high-growth environment and offers significant exposure to senior leadership.
We’re looking for a systems thinker who enjoys building scalable business processes and turning data into clear, actionable insights. This role will support both Corporate and our Restaurant Solutions Group (RSG), working closely with senior leaders on financial planning and analysis as we execute strategic growth initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to help build a world-class FP&A function from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CFA or MBA a plus)
Experience in an FP&A role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company
Strong financial analysis skills and business acumen
Passion for connecting operational metrics to financial outcomes
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Strong Excel skills, with bonus points for experience with:
Planful (management reporting system)
Microsoft Power BI (data visualization tools)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Additional Skills:
Adaptability and curiosity in solving ambiguous problems
Comfort working with large datasets and synthesizing key insights quickly
Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
Develop and maintain business unit forecasts
Support costing models for hiring plans, pricing, and long-range planning
Quantify and visualize risks and opportunities
Research assumptions such as rollout timelines, time to scale, and seasonal patterns
Integrate financials from newly acquired businesses
Deliver value-add insights through monthly financial reporting
Build and track key metrics and KPIs
Maintain cross-business benchmarking and reporting
Support department-level financial reporting and dashboards
Be a proactive partner in business decision-making
Conduct root cause analysis and develop strategic recommendations
Partner with the BU FP&A lead to deliver insights used by the executive team
