The Senior Distribution Manager will play a critical role in executing strategic distribution initiatives that support the transformation of Larson’s distribution network into a balanced, cost-effective, and high-performing operation. This position will provide operational leadership for the Albert Lea, MN, and Mocksville, NC distribution centers, ensuring consistent execution and high service levels. The role will lead complex, cross-functional, and enterprise-wide initiatives focused on driving efficiency in both distribution and inventory management. As a hands-on leader, the Senior Distribution Manager will leverage end-to-end supply chain expertise, advanced analytics, and best practices in change and transition management to achieve business objectives. A strong emphasis will be placed on enhancing customer service and the overall customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $107,000USD - $150,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
