Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer ( and Certified Great Place to Work ( ASRC Federal is seeking a **Senior Contracts Administrator** to join our team. **This is a full time remote position.** **Key Role:** + Provide strategic support for new company business opportunities supporting Business Development and Program Managers by applying business management acumen and knowledge of Federal and DoD acquisition regulations. + Lead and support proposal activities such as performing financial and business risk analyses, developing/coordinating risk mitigation strategies, drafting terms and conditions, supporting proposal pricing strategy, ensuring compliance with solicitations. + Represent organization as a prime contact on market survey responses, white papers, contract proposals, and modifications. + Lead negotiations of contracts and contract changes, ensuring contract awards and modifications reflect negotiated agreements; conduct post-award administration, and closeout. + Draft, review, negotiate, administer non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, contracts, contract modifications, OCI management plans and other business arrangements as needed. + Ensure company commitments are met in accordance with company policies, legal requirements (FAR/DFAR) and customer specifications. + Escalate contract performance issues, performance delays, disputes, controversies and other related issues to legal and senior contracts management, and coordinate problem resolution. + Advise management of contractual rights, obligations and issues as they arise; and act as the primary interface with customer contracting officials. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field + 5+ years' experience in Contract Administration experience + Experience with all forms of government solicitations (RFI, RFP, RFQ, OTA and other forms) and managing all forms of government contracts (Cost Type, FFP, T&M, ID/IQ contracts), including reviewing and understanding pricing, representations and certifications, and subcontracting issues. + Broad-based experience in contract administration and related functions, with particular emphasis on Federal contract compliance, contractual risk, cost and price analysis, negotiation and administration of contractual terms. + Detailed knowledge of FAR, DFARS and Public Laws relating to Federal and DoD contracting including Truthful Cost or Pricing and Cost Accounting Standards. + Ability to synthesize complex legal & contractual topics and communicate to internal or external stakeholders and collaborators with different backgrounds and disciplines. + Well versed in cost and price analysis and profit/ fee negotiation techniques + Experience with reviewing, drafting, and executing non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, master contract agreements, and modifications. + Firm understanding of OCI issues and mitigation/avoidance strategies. **Additional Qualifications:** + Active participation with NCMA is a plus + Government/DoD contracting/negotiating experience with a solid working knowledge of FAR/DFARS preferred + Knowledge of Small Business and 8(a) practices and policies is a plus + Knowledge and experience with fixed price, supply chain and logistics support contracts desired + US Citizenship and ability to pass a government sponsored background investigation, if needed We invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages.
