Job Description

**Position: Remote Secretary & Administrative Assistant**
**Hourly Rate: $50 - $65**
**Location: Remote (USA)**

We are looking for highly organized and self-motivated Remote Secretaries and Administrative Assistants to join our team. This is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, contracts, and other important documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
- Maintain and organize client files and records to ensure easy access and security.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Conduct research and gather necessary information as needed.
- Handle general office tasks, including ordering supplies and managing expenses.
- Provide support to clients and team members as required.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with the sports industry is a plus, but not required.
