Job Description

School Psychologist – 2025–2026 School Year – In‑Person

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated  School Psychologist for the 2025–2026 school year. We offer full-time or part-time positions, exclusively in-person or hybrid, in Illinois.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
  • Location: In-person (Illinois)
  • Start Date: August 2025
  • Service Area: Student evaluations, IEP development, progress reports, and collaborative team support

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive student evaluations
  • Prepare IEP reports and actively participate in IEP meetings
  • Track and deliver student progress reports
  • Attend staff meetings and support multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation aligned with Illinois state standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent
  • Valid  Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement
  • National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) certification is a plus
  • Strong skills in student assessment, data analysis, and IEP development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
