Sales Marketing Administrative Assistant Location Portland, OR (Sumner area) :

Pyramid Heating & Cooling started as a small HVAC operation of Phillis Construction, Inc. with a primary focus in residential new construction. The company expanded into the existing residential homes and small commercial markets. We withstood the largest downturn in the economy with no layoffs and increased employee benefits.

Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing efforts through various tasks, including data management, email campaigns, and social media activities. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong communication skills. This role is temporary, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.

Work Hours: Part-time (8-10 hours a week), flexible hours

Pay Scale: $19.50 - $24.50/hr. depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with social media platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales and marketing
• Proficient in using tools such as Service Titan, Sales Builder, and other relevant software
