For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22 - $27 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs. The compensation rate for this position is for candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage the repository of documents and data for sales, ensuring efficient organization and accessibility
- Explore and implement AI tools and solutions available, and execute methods to better utilize time and enable efficient sales processes
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop a comprehensive list of data points for competitor analysis within a well-defined territory
- Engage with cross-functional teams to align on messaging and strategies around SourcePact in the West region
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance engagement with the ASCO Services organization in the West Region
Desired Technical Skills: - Engineering background with an interest in pursuing a career in sales
- Familiarity with electrical engineering with a strong understanding of Electrical Equipment and switchgear
- Clear understanding of Electrical Circuits
- Proven experience utilizing various AI tools to enable greater productivity
- Eagerness to learn and implement sales strategies
