All-Side Roofing & Restoration is hiring motivated individuals to join our outreach team. As a Roofing Door Knocker, you’ll visit residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners about scheduling free roof inspections — no selling, just simple, face-to-face conversations.
What You’ll Do:
Knock doors and introduce our roofing services
Identify storm-related issues and offer free inspections
Record leads and coordinate follow-ups with our team
What We Offer:
$19/hour base pay
Commission + performance bonuses
Weekly pay + fuel allowance
Paid training and full-time W2 status

Requirements:
6–12 months of experience in canvassing or face-to-face roles
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
