Job Description

Director, Pricing: The Director, Pricing will oversee the development and review of all pricing and proposal efforts for the company. This will include new business proposals, TOPR�s, price adjustments and any other pricing initiatives to support company goals and objectives. The individual will manage the department consisting of Pricing Analysts and Project Coordinators. The individual should be a leader, motivated and proactive.

**This is a remote position and will be performed out of the candidate�s home-based office. Individual must have discipline to work in this environment and needs to be reliable and readily available throughout the workday.**

• Direct, lead and manage the pricing organization in the pursuit of all new business in accordance with company goals and objectives.
• Set department organizational and financial goals on an annual basis.
• Review all incoming new business and pricing opportunities daily.
• Support bid / no bid decisions and assist with conducting analysis of proposal development and pricing progress.
• Manage the intake of all new business opportunities (including TOPRs) received daily.
• Analyze and understand all proposal requirements within a TOPR.
• Review any addendums and modifications of price information, Performance Work Statements PWS, or contract requirements.
• Track and manage opportunities utilizing current databases.
• Direct the research and building of Past Performance components of a proposal.
• Communicate with Partners/Sub Contractors when needed during proposal process.
• Coordinate with recruiting as needed (for pricing knowledge at various government locations).
• Understand the Service Contract Act (SCA) for obtaining wage determination (WDs) for official contract actions.
• Review salary research completed by all Pricing Analysts and Project Coordinators.
• Review all compensation plans, pricing worksheets and any other required documents to be submitted to the government in a timely manner.
• Respond to and manage any pre-bid and post-bid revisions and edits, as required.
• Work with Program Managers and Operations in handling of post award process.
• Coordinate with government contracting offices to inquire about proposal outcomes, as directed.
• Capture all award notifications and record outcomes for reporting.
• Track and manage all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the department.
• Support the Business Development team with pricing analysis and research, as directed.
• Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
