Real Estate Attorney – Of Counsel

The Staff Pad has partnered with a fast-growing, multi-state law firm that delivers high-quality legal services in civil litigation, probate, real estate, and business law. With a strong reputation for client advocacy and results, this firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney (Of Counsel) licensed in New Mexico.  

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned real estate attorney or small/solo practitioner seeking supplemental caseload support while maintaining independence. The firm provides the infrastructure, resources, and client base to allow attorneys to focus on practicing law while benefiting from the flexibility of an Of Counsel arrangement.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions and property matters.  
  
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, and leases.  
  
• Address title, zoning, and land use issues.  
  
• Represent clients in disputes, negotiations, and litigation as needed.  
  
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver timely, high-quality service.  
  

Qualifications:  

• Licensed attorney in New Mexico.  
  
• 8–10 years of experience in real estate law.  
  
• Expertise in both transactional real estate and related dispute resolution.  
  
• Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.  
  
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment.
