What To Expect
As a construction project coordinator you will focus on the administrative aspects of projects at Tesla. A project coordinator will ensure that tasks are completed on time and they will facilitate communication between team members, and track progress. This role will oversee multiple construction projects from conception to completion.
What You'll Do
Issue purchase orders (POs), onboard vendors, and ensure contracts are in place before work initiationOversee safety onboarding, badge issuance, and ensure compliance with safety rulesAssist in the coordination and scheduling of meetingsPrepare project-related correspondence and updates; Meeting minutes, slide deck, internal Dashboard updatesHandle document controls, distribute updated drawings, manage RFIs and submittals, ensuring timely resolutions
What You'll Bring
Experience in construction project coordination, preferably in tenant improvements, commercial or industrial sectors, AND/OR education in construction or engineeringExcellent computer skills and comprehension of Outlook, MS Office, PowerPoint and ExcelExcellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive informationStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to pinpoint problems and find creative solutions
