We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Print Production Supervisor to join our team in Lenexa, KS. In this role, you will assist in developing and driving a flexible, best in-class production environment producing a high-quality product with 100% on time delivery. Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager in leading, managing and coordinating all shift activities and resources in the print manufacturing process and execute products that meet company standards
• Manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure all printed materials meet company standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as design and sales, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain equipment and oversee maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the production environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a print production environment.
• Strong understanding of printing processes, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in print production software and tools, preferred.
