**About the role**
A CBRE Service Plumber will be responsible for general preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing, mechanical and distribution systems throughout a facility.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function which provides support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
**What you'll do**
+ Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot the water and distribution systems.
+ Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures by blueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
+ Ensure waste and vent lines are in good operating condition using a plumber's snake, vacuum plunger, or jet washer.
+ Assist other staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations.
+ Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned or directed.
+ Complete all HSE programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment, etc.
**What you'll need**
**High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Plumbing certification at the Journeyman level preferred. Valid Driver's License required.**
**Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.**
**Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.**
**In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.**
