Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in meaningful patient counseling under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to empower individuals in understanding and adhering to their medication regimens.
  • Conduct thorough drug utilization reviews to identify and prevent potential drug-drug and drug-disease interactions, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes for our patients.
  • Promote medication adherence strategies that enhance patient health across all age groups, from pediatrics to adults, making a lasting impact on community health.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited pharmacy program, with a passion for revolutionizing healthcare practices.
  • Certification in immunization delivery, demonstrating your commitment to comprehensive patient care.
  • Possess a valid pharmacist intern license from the Board of Pharmacy of the State of Texas, ready to make an impactful contribution.
  • Maintain a Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate, ensuring your readiness for dynamic healthcare environments.
