Honeybee Hires is seeking an experienced  Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)interested in making a lasting impact on children's lives.

Position overview:

• $88k-$93k per year DOE
• Two schedule options: 4 days or 5 days per week
• Provide supervision and support to COTAs and younger OTs, ensuring compliance with treatment plans and offering guidance to optimize client outcomes
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for pediatric clients with various developmental and functional needs
• Engage parents and caregivers during therapy sessions to ensure the integration of therapeutic activities at home
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement tailored interventions
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and updates
• Prepare and organize materials for upcoming sessions during scheduled downtime
• Stay informed on current trends and best practices in pediatric occupational therapy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Active or pending Oregon Occupational Therapy License
• Ability to work in-person in Eugene, OR
• Willingness to supervise students as needed
• A collaborative, empathetic and adaptable personality, excited to engage with children and their care team
