As a Paid Search Marketing Manager, you’ll be a strategic driver of performance across search campaigns for a diverse portfolio of global brands. This is a remote, full-time position tailored for a digital marketer who thrives on data, client collaboration, and continuous optimization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, lead client relationships, and harness both human and tech-powered strategies to deliver exceptional outcomes. Your ability to balance technical execution with strategic insight will be key to delivering measurable impact in a fast-paced, privacy-first digital landscape.

Accountabilities:

  • Take ownership of paid search campaign management across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and global secondary engines.
  • Optimize performance using both manual techniques and proprietary automation tools, streamlining workflows and enhancing results.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, leading strategic conversations, presenting results, and ensuring alignment on campaign goals.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable search strategies, driving revenue growth and maximizing return on ad spend.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns, particularly across Google and Bing platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills; capable of transforming data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead client relationships with clarity, professionalism, and strategic influence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across various platforms (virtual meetings, emails, chats).
  • Self-starter with critical thinking skills, able to work independently while fostering team collaboration.
  • Must be able to work full-time during New York (Eastern) business hours.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; sponsorship is not available for this role.
