In this role, you will serve as the key driver of paid search campaign success by managing optimization, client communication, and industry insights. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to implement data-driven strategies across major platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. This position demands a blend of tactical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. Operating in a remote environment with a collaborative, innovative team, you will play a vital role in delivering measurable growth for diverse global clients. The role requires working during New York business hours and offers opportunities to develop professionally in a dynamic digital marketing agency.

Accountabilities:

• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns primarily on Google Ads and Bing, along with secondary search engines and social media platforms.
• Utilize proprietary technology to streamline campaign creation and improve efficiency.
• Act as the primary client liaison, translating complex strategies into clear, actionable plans.
• Drive client success through proactive communication and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign goals with broader business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance using Excel and other tools to generate actionable insights.
• Lead initiatives to refine campaign tactics based on industry trends and client feedback.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing search engine marketing campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret and visualize data effectively.
• Strong communication skills to lead client discussions and present complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to think critically, take ownership, and collaborate across teams.
• Availability to work New York (Eastern) business hours.
• Passion for learning, innovation, and delivering exceptional client results.
• Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
