LendHI is a rapidly growing brand in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We offer custom bath remodeling that enriches the lives of those we touch with bathrooms that are attractive, durable, and maintenance-free.

We are seeking Outbound Appointment Setters to join our winning remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to earn a competitive income while helping homeowners improve their living spaces. Both part-time (25+ hours) and full-time positions are available.

Position Overview:

As an Outbound Appointment Setter, your role is to contact homeowners by phone, deliver a brief pitch, and set qualified appointments for our free in-home consultations. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and previous experience in a call center or phone sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to homeowners from provided leads

• Deliver and adjust scripted pitches as needed

• Handle questions and objections with professionalism

• Gather and input homeowner information accurately

• Schedule and confirm appointments for our sales team

• Perform follow-up calls as needed

• Maintain and update call logs and lead reports

Requirements:

• Call center or phone sales experience highly preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service orientation

• Basic computer proficiency

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Must reside in the United States. Must have your own laptop and reliable internet connection

• Phone system and training provided

Compensation:

• $20 per hour + commission
