Are you passionate about real estate and love helping others succeed? We're looking for knowledgeable and engaging instructors to teach our New Hampshire pre-licensure real estate course—all from the comfort of your home!
As an instructor, you'll lead live, online classes designed to make real estate education easy, fun, and accessible for students working toward their New Hampshire real estate license. We're a remote-first company (even before it became the norm!), so you can work from anywhere with a quiet space and a stable internet connection.
What You'll Do:
Teach live online real estate classes covering the New Hampshire pre-licensure curriculum
Help students understand the material, prepare for their exams, and feel confident in their journey to becoming real estate professionals
Work remotely with flexible scheduling—class times are available on weeknights and weekends, and each session is 1-3 hours long
Participate in curriculum updates, meetings, and other school activities as needed

Must-Have Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a licensed New Hampshire real estate broker (State requirement - non-negotiable)
An active New Hampshire real estate broker license
A strong, stable internet connection (Cable or fiber, minimum 25 Mbps down/5 Mbps up - no DSL)
A webcam, microphone, and a quiet, professional space (e.g., home office)
Availability to teach at least 4 hours per week (weeknights or weekends)
Ability to attend meetings, assist with curriculum updates, and complete other teaching-related tasks
Pass a background check
Bonus Qualifications (Nice to Have, But Not Required):
Prior online or classroom teaching experience
A New Hampshire real estate instructor approval, DREI designation, or equivalent
