We're Hiring! Entry-Level Marketing & Admin Assistant
Johnson & Wilson Real Estate Co. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing & Office Assistant to join our small but dynamic team! This in-office position is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in real estate marketing while also assisting with office administration as needed.
What You'll Do:
• Design marketing materials
• Manage and grow our social media presence (content creation, scheduling, engagement)
• Assist with video editing and digital marketing projects
• Help with office administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For: • Basic experience with graphic design & social media marketing • Familiarity with Google Office Suite, Canva, and video editing tools • Strong organization and multitasking skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities:
• Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
• Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
• Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
• Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
Qualifications:
• Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
• Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
• Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
