Apartment Leasing Consultant needed in North Phoenix.

You will be an integral part of our team, helping prospective tenants find their perfect home and ensuring smooth leasing processes. We’re seeking a professional, proactive, and qualified individual to help us elevate the living experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging property tours, showcasing available units and highlighting key features to prospective tenants.
• Guide applicants through the lease process, from application to signing, with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain up-to-date records of rental payments and tenant information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee move-ins and move-outs, conducting thorough inspections and facilitating a seamless transition for residents.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries from current and prospective tenants.
• Contribute to the preparation of leasing reports and conduct market surveys to stay competitive.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi, CRM, AppFolio, and others.
• Fair Housing certification.
• At least 1 year of onsite experience as an Apartment Leasing Consultant.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends when necessary.
• A customer-centric attitude and a passion for helping others find their perfect home.
