**Job Title:** **Entry-Level Medical Device Assembler** **Location:** Boulder, CO (Gunbarrel Area) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Position Summary** We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a **Medical Device Assembler** . This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured, process-driven environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, precision, and quality. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform routine assembly and production tasks in a clean room environment. + Handle and assemble small components with strict adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols. + Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and production records. + Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance guidelines. + Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. **Clean Room Environment** This position requires working in a **clean room** , a controlled environment designed to minimize contamination from dust, airborne microbes, and other particles. **Clean Room Protocols Include:** + Wearing specialized garments (e.g., gowns, gloves, hairnet, shoe covers). + Adhering to strict hygiene standards (e.g., no makeup, jewelry, nail polish). + Working in a sterile, temperature- and humidity-controlled setting. **Training will be provided** to ensure full compliance with clean room standards. **Qualifications** + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. + Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Willingness to learn and adapt to a structured manufacturing environment. + Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift. + Comfortable working with small parts and components. **Shifts & Compensation** + **1st Shift:** Monday-Friday, 6:40 AM - 2:40 PM - **$18.50/hour** + **2nd Shift:** Monday-Friday, 2:40 PM - 10:40 PM - **$20.00/hour** + **3rd Shift:** Sunday-Thursday, 10:40 PM - 6:30 AM - **$21.50/hour** **How to Apply** **If you are enthusiastic about joining a mission-driven team and contributing to the production of life-saving medical devices, we encourage you to apply today.** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boulder, CO 80301. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
