Job Description

**$22.00/hour based on 2+ years restaurant and marketing experience, PT flexible availability between 8:00AM - 8:00PM Monday - Saturday and 18+ years of age

Job Summary

  • We are looking for enthusiastic servant leaders to join our family at Chick-fil-A Barrington. We pride ourselves in having the best people in the business. This is a fast paced location and we have high expectations of our employees, but we also take good care of our team.
  • Great for recent College Graduate Marketing majors or those with Marketing Experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that products and guests’ experience are consistent with our brand, culture and standard of excellence
  • Effectively communicate clearly with guests, team members and leaders.

  • Leading and participating in community events
  • Conducting 1-2 team events annually
  • Conducting 3-4 in-store events annually
  • Brand asset management and custom creative work
  • Pulling through quarterly campaigns and displaying all POP/advertising
  • Placing special event/holiday decor in store throughout the year
  • Maintaining marquee board messaging on Chick-fil-A sign
  • Assisting/coordinating fundraiser/donations and digital alignment with key collaborators

Our restaurant is part of a family of restaurant businesses with a proud history of success. From simple beginnings in a small restaurant in Hapeville, Georgia, founded in 1946 by Company founder and Chairman S. Truett Cathy, Chick-fil-A has grown into one of the largest privately-owned restaurant chains in the nation. Credited with introducing the original boneless breast of chicken sandwich and pioneering in-mall quick-service food.
