Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical Technician in Madison! In this job, you'll install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment, handling mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in manufacturing. We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years of experience and a strong electrical background.

Pay: $30-$35/hr
Schedule: Full Time

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Troubleshoot/repair equipment issues (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical)
• Use tools like multi-meters/computers for installations, grounding, and repairs
• Understand PLC/Machine Control Systems; read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Follow preventative maintenance and safety guidelines and participate in meetings/projects
• Handle data entry, forms, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Strong electrical/controls background; ESD-sensitive item handling
• Read/interpret documents, blueprints, and technical procedures
• Basic math (algebra, geometry) and problem-solving skills
• Physical: lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, climb, stoop, reach
• Work environment: moving parts, vibration, chemicals, moderate noise
