**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Join our team in the Molding Department where you will play a crucial role in the initial stages of the molding process. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and cutting products while assisting Mold Operators. **Responsibilities** + Operate two machines: one for cleaning/sanitizing products and a cutting machine for trimming. + Perform repetitive tasks of loading and unloading machines with products, ensuring proper machine operation during 20-minute intervals. + Use a microscope for visual inspection of parts post-machine processing. + Operate punch press and cutting machine to trim excess mold from parts. + Work in a cleanroom environment, requiring appropriate attire such as a lab coat, gloves, mask, glasses, and hair net. + Perform basic machine setup, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Ability to perform inspections using a microscope. + Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembly is beneficial to demonstrate mechanical inclination. + ITAR compliance. + Mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools. + Microscope experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Become part of a dynamic team where you can grow your skills in a supportive environment. The position is on the 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 12 AM, with typical end times around 2 AM. Initial training will take place on the 1st shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
