Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• I have a minimum of five years’ experience in warehouse management with a focus on implementing WMS and automation systems.
• I possess technical expertise in WMS software, automation tools, and system integration.
• I have strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS/EWM), SAP ECC, and automation technologies.
• I have basic knowledge of EDI and iDOC concepts.
• I understand networking and infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication between devices and systems.
• I excel in problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
• I demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• I have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• I possess project management and Agile experience; Lean Six Sigma experience is an advantage.
• I have shipping and transportation experience, and I am experienced in integrating various software systems using APIs to ensure smooth data flow and interoperability.
• I can analyze data to identify trends and enhance warehouse operations and I have skills in automation and technology, specifically with Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs).
• I possess system integration experience and understand how to integrate AGVs with existing warehouse management systems (WMS) and other automation technologies.
• I have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, alongside proficiency in logistics software and IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• I will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of warehouse management systems (SAP WMS, SAP EWM), SAP ECC, and automation technologies.
• I will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related needs within warehouse operations.
• I will lead initiatives to deploy digital warehouse processes utilizing automation and robotics, including AGV, AMR, and other autonomous material handling equipment.
• I will monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to warehouse automation systems.
• I will work closely with key stakeholders including IT, Supply Chain, and warehouse operations to ensure alignment of WMS and automation functionalities with business goals.
• I will manage existing processes and seek new opportunities for system and process improvements, making recommendations through technology and automation.
• I will oversee IT projects related to warehouse operations, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• I will collaborate with WMS and automation vendors to ensure optimal performance of the systems.
• I will stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in warehouse automation and IT.
