**Job Description** As a Lead Consultant on the RevCycle Analytics team within the Analytics Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for working with our customers to implement, train, and support world class analytics. You advise clients on best practices and partner with clients to ensure they the right strategies in place to be successful. You will provide the clients with expertise around the Oracle Analytics Cloud platform, unique to OHPAC. You will work with other consultants on implementation focused projects to ensure that customers understand and comprehend how to effectively leverage the solutions. You are expected to operate independently and to provide the customer and project team with the best experience possible. You will lead or advise on the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. You will act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. Directly collaborates with our product teams to provide client perspective and feedback. Qualifications: -8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 5-6 years consulting experience preferred -Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred -Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus -Ability to communicate effectively -Ability to build rapport with team members and clients -Ability to travel as needed **Responsibilities** + Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. + Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. + Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. + Consults with clients on strategic approach to implementation projects. + Assists in sales inquiries as a subject matter expert + Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. + Will lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. + Will act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. + Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. + Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. + Collaborates with product and engineering to provide direct client feedback on product functionality. Considerations: Your work is usually accomplished by working remotely with customers. However, depending upon the customer's need travel may warrant onsite time with your assigned customers, which may include up to 25% travel. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
