We are now holding interviews for qualified English teachers to teach at our kindergartens in the vibrant city of Wuhan in China. Our students are aged from 2 to 6 years old and we warmly welcome teachers who thrive on inspiring young English learners to join our creative team.
Our kindergarten, situated in Huangpi District of Wuhan City, boasts a unique immersive language program. With 5,000 square meters of indoor space and 1,000 square meters of outdoor space, it features an array of 38 themed venues. Inside, you’ll find a picture book library, baking classroom, art studio, STEAM science center, basketball court, swimming pool, a simulation of the United Nations, a black box theater, and a screening hall capable of seating 600 individuals. Outdoors, our children can enjoy a golf course, football field, farm, and climbing park – truly, every activity a child’s heart desires is available here.
Integrating early childhood general education with diverse artistic cultures, we strive to provide international, high-quality holistic education that ignites children’s curiosity, broadens their horizons, and enables them to glimpse the world.
Teachers will be teaching a maximum of 25 hours per week and participate in student’s activities for most of the day. Class size is 25 students and you will make use of a variety of engaging teaching materials and methods including group work, music, activities, performances, art projects and much more. Communicating with parents to provide feedback periodically will also be one of the responsibilities.

Located right on the mighty Yangtze River east of Shanghai, Wuhan is a fascinating city with both an ancient history and a thriving present. For centuries, this city has been the center of trade and transportation in central China but is now known as one of China’s main high-tech, education and financial centers, while still having a more traditional feel than some of China’s coastal cities.
Wuhan is the place to find both history and natural wonders. Hubei Provincial Museum and Yellow Crane Tower are two places to appreciate ancient Chinese history and culture. Wuhan was also the location of one of Chairman Mao Zedong’s private residences which he nicknamed the ‘Home of the White Clouds and Yellow Cranes’ and also where he gave audience to President Richard Nixon.
-Maximum of 25 teaching hours per week with weekends off
-Maximum of 40 working hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)

-Class size: 24 students
-Deliver an age-appropriate English language curriculum for kindergarten-aged children
-Incorporate creative and interactive teaching strategies to engage children in the learning process
-Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
-Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure that the English language program aligns with the school’s overall educational goals
-Attend meetings and training sessions as required
-Ensure that all teaching materials and resources are up-to-date, organized, and accessible
-Excellent monthly salary: 16,000 to 18,000 RMB depending on qualifications & experience
-Up to 7,000 RMB reimbursement on arrival on flight and visa documentation
-4 days of free hotel on arrival
-Support with finding an apartment to rent
-11 Chinese public holidays + 1 month winter (half pay) & 2 months summer (no pay) vacation

-Bachelor’s degree or above required
-TEFL / CELTA / teaching license certificate (No TEFL? We recommend INTESOL )
-Previous teaching experience with young learners preferred
-Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland & South Africa
-Good knowledge of young learner educational theory preferred
-Cultural sensitivity, awareness, and willingness to explore other cultures
