Our client is seeking a K-8 Certified School Counselor in Philadelphia, PA.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's Degree in School Counseling from an accredited institution.
* Current PA Educational Specialist certification.
* Current Endorsement in School Counseling.
* Authorization to work in the United States of America.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Counseling Expertise: Proficient in individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and student emotional/social support.
* PA Educational Knowledge: Familiarity with Pennsylvania education laws, IEPs, 504 plans, and compliance standards.
* Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with students, staff, and parents to address academic and behavioral needs.
* Developmental Understanding: Knowledge of K-8 developmental stages and challenges, supporting academic and emotional growth.
* Program Coordination: Experience in implementing school-wide counseling programs and student well-being initiatives.
