Internet Sales Appointment Scheduler Join a high-energy team, make great money, and have fun while you work! Location: Jenkins and Wynne Ford, Lincoln, Honda – In-PersonSchedule: Full-time, either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm (can be flexible!) Monday thru Friday. If a Saturday is needed (maybe once a month- we take turns!), a weekday off of your choice is given! The dealership is closed all Sundays and all major holidays. Schedules are provided a month in advance and can be flexible- work/life balance is important to us. Why You’ll Love This Job * Pay You Can Count On: Most new team members earn $50,000–$65,000 in their first year. Top performers are on track for $80,000+. * Paid Weekly (Friday paydays hit different). * Full Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off. * Predictable Schedule: Off by 5pm or 6pm every day, and we can be flexible. Some Saturdays, but you’ll always get a weekday off in return. What You’ll Actually Do Here * Be the first voice customers hear when they reach out online or by phone. * Chat with people, answer simple questions, and set up appointments for our sales team. If you love texting, this is the job for you! * Keep notes organized in our system (don’t worry, we’ll teach you). * Team up with sales so customers feel like they’re getting VIP treatment from start to finish- because they deserve it. This is NOT cold calling. Customers are already reaching out because they’re interested in a car — you’re here to make the process smooth, friendly, and stress-free!
