Location: Dothan, AL
Pay: $15.00-$30.00 based on experience

✅ What You’ll Do:

As a Service & Maintenance Technician, you’ll:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and solve performance issues in real time
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about service needs and solutions
• Promote maintenance agreements and provide top-tier service

As a Residential Installer, you’ll:

• Install HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings
• Interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics
• Recommend cost-effective upgrades and improvements
• Follow all safety and building code regulations
• Perform preventative maintenance and system evaluations

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in HVAC service, installation, or maintenance (required)
• EPA Certification to handle refrigerants (preferred; required for Service Techs)
• Technical school degree or HVAC certifications (a plus)
• Ability to read blueprints and diagnose equipment issues
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Reliable, organized, and ready to represent our company professionally
