About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated HVAC Installer Apprentice to join our growing team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to learn the trade, gain hands-on experience, and build a career in the HVAC industry. You’ll work closely with experienced technicians to install and service heating, cooling, and ventilation systems for residential and commercial customers.
What You’ll Do:
Assist senior installers with HVAC system installations, replacements, and repairs
Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials for job sites
Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and piping
Follow safety protocols and company standards on every job
Keep work areas clean and organized
Learn to diagnose basic system issues and perform preventative maintenance
Qualifications
No prior HVAC experience required — we’ll train you!
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good communication and teamwork skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
