Position: HR Coordinator I (Entry-Level)
We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to support our People & Culture team in a role that touches on compliance, employee experience, and hiring support.
Key Areas You’ll Support:
• Maintain internal records and manage team-related info such as training, certifications, and reviews.
• Assist with internal guidelines, documentation, audits, and sensitive file handling.
• Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day team questions or simple policy issues.
• Help post open roles, review incoming resumes, and coordinate interviews.
• Support the onboarding process to ensure paperwork and orientations are completed.
• Contribute to internal engagement efforts and employee recognition activities.
Preferred Background:
• Around one year of experience in a support role (HR, admin, or similar).
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with care.
• Coursework or a degree (2-year preferred) in Business, HR, or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
