Biscuit Love’s General Manager sits at the core of the store's operations. A GM should feel comfortable working with an ownership mindset. Taking pride in making decisions that align with the company’s core values is essential to the responsibility entrusted to this role. A general manager should ensure all facets of the operation, from maintenance to the guest experience and administrative tasks. All managers at Biscuit Love are expected to be hands-on leaders, who collaborate with their management teams to offer industry-leading employment and guest experience.

When You Would Work::

  • Daytime hours: the restaurant is open 7am-3pm daily so shifts could start as early as 4am or end as late as 5pm
  • Expected weekly hours: 55-60
  • Ability to move between our Gulch, Hillsboro Village and downtown Franklin locations preferred

Compensation + Benefits:

  • Salary range $50,000-60,000 annually
  • Managers have access to health care benefits on day one 
  • BiAnnual Bonus Structure

Position Responsibility::

  • Provide stellar customer service - the Biscuit Love experience - to each employee and guest
  • Uphold our standards of excellence and hospitality in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Lead your team
  • Execution of Scheduling, Inventory, Ordering, etc. 
  • Support your team, both Front of House and Back of House
  • Be dedicated to and an active participant in your growth
  • Being a solution-focused member of the team, utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Active participation in the training of new team members
  • Be willing to jump in and help wherever needed
  • Assist in the management of all daily operations
  • Execute scheduling, ordering, inventory and other administrative tasks
  • Simplify and improve processes as needed

Characteristics of a Successful Biscuit Love Manager::

General Manager applicants should feel comfortable with and be actively ready to equip, develop, and care for their frontline team members. This is by far and away the most important part of the role. Applicants must have significant experience in a similar role (2 years +). A high school diploma, GED is not required.
